2nd Livestream Event!

Last month, our art section manager, Dove, started a brand new feature for RupertGrint.net: a monthly LiveStream art event on our new channel, where you can watch Dove, live, drawing and coloring a brand new piece of Rupert related art… with your own input!

If you are not familiar with LiveStream, the way it works is that while Dove is drawing, you can see what she sees on her own computer screen, through a viewing window in the center on the channel’s page. On the right side, you have the option to join in a chat with others who are also watching the event from their computers at home!

If you were able to attend last month, we hope you had as much fun as we did! If you weren’t, now is your chance! Click here to see the awesome artwork Dove drew last time.

Rupert Grint confirmed to attend World Premiere of ‘Into the White’ in Oslo Today, Rupert Grint confirmed his attendance for the world premiere of his new film Into the White, which is scheduled to occur in Oslo, Norway at the end of the film festival in the People’s Theatre on March 4th. Joining Rupert will be actors Stig Henrik Hoff, Florian Lukas, Davis Kross and Lachlan Nieboer. The film Into the White is about the events that take place during World War II when English and German pilots shoot each other down and later find themselves at the same cabin. In order to survive the tough winter in the Norwegian wilderness, they have to stand together. Its the start of a long and unlikely friendship. The film is scheduled to be released on March 9th, 2012.

Rupert Grint to Participate in “Visit Britain” Campaign It has been confirmed that Rupert Grint will be participating in a Visit Britain campaign with his Harry Potter co-star Julie Walters (who played Molly Weasley) and British actor Stephen Fry.   Earlier today, Fry tweeted: “Phew, what a day! Shooting a “come to Britain” film for 2012. Julie Walters & Rupert Grint also there: not quite recovered from illness though.” We don’t know much else about this campaign yet, but more info is to come!
